Emma Watson's portrait is part of a series called Icons with a Purpose. I created the portrait using mixed media on a 120cm x 120cm stretched canvas.

Watson is a humanitarian and a feminist icon appointed as a United Nations Women Goodwill ambassador in 2014. She is dedicated to empowering young women and advocating for the U.N. Women's HeForShe campaign, promoting gender equality. Watson is an advocator for UN Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender Equality.

Watson uses her voice to promote girls' education and has visited both Zambia and Bangladesh to serve her humanitarian efforts. Emma also served as an ambassador representing Camfed International, a movement driven towards educating girls in rural Africa.
